Pilgrimage for parents

I'm excited to share with you all a new project that I've been working on with the British Pilgrimage Trust to support families affected by birth trauma. BPT have worked with me to plan a beautiful new walking route as a restorative journey along rivers, over hills and to the ancient heart of Bath, for any parents who have experienced difficult births.

I've been on their wonderful walks before and I found it to be a hugely healing experience whilst I recovered from my own difficult birth. So please join us on this healing pilgrimage walk to Bath over the weekend of July 5th. More information here.
