Theo Clarke is proud to be a keynote speaker at Public Policy Exchange's conference on 'Strengthening Midwifery Services: Rebuilding NHS Midwifery Services Under a new Labour Government and Ensuring Quality Care for All'. Ms Clarke will be discussing her Birth Trauma Report and the work the new Labour Government must undertake to ensure its recommendations are fully implemented.
