Theo Clarke meets International Development Minister

Theo Clarke was delighted to meet with Annelise Dodds, the International Development Minister, to discuss how UK aid could be used to support organisations tackling birth trauma globally. Birth Trauma does not simply harm mothers and babies at the time. It can lead to lifelong complications; increasing inequalities, stymying the global march towards gender equality, and increasing hunger. All of these must be tackled, and are recognised by the United Nations as being vital objectives by 2030.
